Come & Paint with us!!

It's more than a meal application. Even when school meals are free for all, it is still important to submit a household income form to ensure that we can continue to provide this benefit and also help the district receive state funding. It's quick and confidential. Please complete the form on-line here- https://forms.gle/Ay32RUgo1Y3P1zJX7 . You may also find the paper form on-line on our website or you can request a form be mailed by calling 518-529-7342 x 7600. Only one form per family is needed. It is important for EVERY family to fill out this form.

Open house at North Franklin Educational Center.

If you haven't already, please complete the Household Eligibility Form. You may complete the on-line form here-https://forms.gle/Ay32RUgo1Y3P1zJX7 . You may also find the paper form on-line on our website or you can request a form be mailed by calling 518-529-7342 x 7600. Only one form per family is needed. It is important for EVERY family to fill out this form because doing so helps bring much-needed additional money and services directly to our school! It also determines if your child will qualify for other benefits such as reduced fees for SAT and ACT tests, reduced college applications fees as well as other potential non-school related benefits such as summer EBT benefits.

Come & have some fall fun with the PTSO!!

Changes to Bus Routes - Please see the changes starting on Monday, September 16, 2024.

The story on our storywalk trail this week honors the memory of 23 years ago today. Our 9/11 story, 30,000 Stitches tells the story of the flag that was hung above the towers and was severely damaged. This flag travelled the country being repaired by communities facing their own tragedies before returning to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in NYC. This beautiful story will be on the trail until this Friday.

The 2024-2025 Open House will be on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for Grades 1-12.

Tax Bills - It is our understanding that some community members have not yet received their tax bills. These bills were mailed the last week of August. If you have not received your bill, you can call the Tax Collector at 518-529-7342 ext. 4203 to get a copy.

Come and join us on Tuesday, the 17th!

The Community Informational Night that was scheduled for Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, has been postponed. Please watch for an announcement of a new date! Thank you!

In an effort to streamline our attendance excuse process, we have created this google form that may be filled out when students are absent. This will also be on our website. This will help us with our data and entering excused absences.

Correction from this afternoons post. Seniors who go to Boces or New Visions in the am should report there. Bus leaves at 7:20 am.
Juniors attending boces come to BMC first for classes in the am and then will attend boces in the afternoon. Sorry for the confusion. Mrs. Lynch

Welcome to the 24-25 school year:
BOCES/New Visions Students: Please report to the North Franklin Education Center on Thursday 9/5 for your programming. For those riding the bus it will leave Brushton-Moira at 7:20 AM, so make sure to arrive on time. Upon your return to Brushton, you will receive your schedules and school supplies (if you did not make it to the Back to School event).
We will be handing out schedules at the door, starting at 8:00 am for our 7-12 students at BMC all day. Students who did not receive their school supplies will be able to get them at this time as well.
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
Mrs. Lynch and Mr. Gordon
