Pre-K and Kindergarten students & families are invited to meet their teachers and visit their classrooms on Tuesday, September 3rd from 4:30-5:30pm. We ask that they please bring in any school supplies with them on the 3rd to lighten their child's load on the first day of school. Remember, any supplies that were not picked up at the district supply event will be in your child's classroom. We can't wait to see you!
7-12th grade schedules are now open in school tool. Students will receive their paper schedule the first day of school. Please see the back to school letter that is attached. Also, the handbook and some back to school paperwork is available on the the high school website as well.

All students enrolled at Brushton-Moira Central School are once again eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the 2024-2025 school year. We are requesting that all families complete a Household Income Eligibility Form. It is important for EVERY family to fill out this form because doing so helps bring much-needed additional money and services directly to our school! It also determines if your child will qualify for other benefits such as reduced fees for SAT and ACT tests, reduced college applications fees as well as other potential non-school related benefits such as summer EBT benefits. We will not be administering the Earth Science Regents in August as we have not done the lab portion of the exam. Students will have the opportunity to retake in January 2025.
The 2024-2025 Master Calendar is now available. The Calendar is expected to be mailed out next week.
A few reminders....
1. If you are planning on participating in a fall sport this year, your paperwork is due to the Health office by Thursday Aug 15th. If you do not have your paperwork turned in by this date you will be unable to participate in practice until you are cleared by the health office. This may impact you being able to play in any early season scrimmages/games.
2. All football merger payments MUST be paid before Friday, August 16th at 1:00 in the BMC High School Office/ Business Office before you can participate.
3. Varsity practices can begin on Aug 26th. Check google classroom and the BMC website for details on times.

Grades K-6 After-School Enrichment for the 2024-2025 School Year
All families Pre-K- 12 will be provided school supplies at our Back 2 School event on Aug 20th from 5:30 pm -7 pm. If any families are unable to attend, their classroom or homeroom teacher will get the supplies to give to them. There will be NO supply lists for the 24-25 school year for BMCSD.
