School Bus Driver Appreciation Day

Reminder: Today is the last day before spring break. Our spring break will begin on Friday, April 18, and will continue through April 25. Monday, April 28th is a give-back snow day. All students will return to school on Tuesday, April 29th. Have a great break.

The Easter Egg by Jan Brett is out on the Story Trail! This book was part of our spring Read aloud and will be out there until 4/22, so there should be time to get out there, enjoy the spring weather and follow along for the story of Hoppi the bunny who learns that sometimes, doing what is kind is the best thing to do! Jan Brett is known for her detailed illustrations, so there is a lot to look at with this one!
I will also send the list of books for April and May so you can see what is coming up!

It's Spring Fling time....the dance will be held in the High School Gym on Saturday, May 3rd from 7-10 PM. The photo booth will be there! Grades 7-12 are welcome to attend. If you're planning to bring an out-of-district student - please complete paperwork with Mrs. Cummings before April 30th.

Shelter in Place
Good afternoon,
At about 1:20 pm today, 4/7/25, BMCSD did a Shelter in Place. Students stayed in their classrooms so that we could get medical assistance to staff member who needed it. Once we had the staff member taken care of we lifted the Shelter in Place at about 1:30 pm. The students and staff did a great job.
