Today, Tuesday, November 19th, is School-Related Professionals (SRP) Recognition Day! A well-deserved honor for the hard-working women and men who help educate, feed and transport students, monitor their health, administer school offices, and maintain school facilities — providing a safe and nurturing environment for student-centered learning.
A big thank you to all our Brushton-Moira Central SRP's!

First quarter report cards were sent home with students today.

A new story is out on the story trail! November is Native American Heritage month, and our story celebrates modern Native American culture by examining a cultural icon, fry bread. Fry Bread by Kevin Noble Maillard and illustrated by Juana Martinez-Neal, is the story of how each tribe and area made this simple combination of flour, salt, yeast, and water their own and incorporated it into their cultural identity. A lovely depiction of what it means to be Native American today!
Get out and enjoy our lovely fall weather before the snow comes! We plan to continue doing a new story each week until Christmas break.
